Reconditioning Method
Each Skyjack machinery prior to disassembly will be thoroughly inspected with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins. before being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the needed tools to do a high quality, professional paint job. They offer a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each Skyjack machine is meticulously reassembled so as to meet original OEM standards. The following parts are replaced with brand new parts: the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, hoses and filters, joystick controllers and the main control and main electrical cables. Furthermore, each unit receives new tires, batteries and worn pins and bushings and battery cables are replaced.
The 2nd and 1st tiers have a load capacity of ninety thousand lbs, the TXLC-974 in the 4th and 3rd tiers provides an eighty five thousand lbs load capacity. These models offer a 97 inch center of load. When at 106 inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is eighty two thousand pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers and in the 4th and 3rd tiers it is still rated at 80,000 pounds.
